Title: Agentic AI Application Engineer
Location: Austin, TX - onsite (3 Days in week)

Job Description
Must Have: Agentic AI, mcp, python, devops etc.
" 5+ Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, APIs, microservices, and automation frameworks.
" Build scalable solutions using AWS services, including EKS, and related services.
" Design and implement Agentic AI applications using Anthropic Claude.
" Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, tool invocation, workflow execution, and interaction with enterprise systems.
" Build multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and human-in-the-loop processes.
" Integrate Claude with enterprise applications through REST APIs, tool/function calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
" Apply effective prompt engineering, context engineering, structured outputs, and agent memory/state management techniques.
" Use Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code analysis.
" Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, security validation, and deployment.
" Implement appropriate logging, observability, error handling, security, and monitoring for production applications.
" Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application reliability, performance, and maintainability.
