    Job Description

    We are looking for an Agile Coach/Project Manager to support Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across the clients enterprise. This position will be Full-Time and Onsite in New York City, NY.

    Only candidates not requiring sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.

    What You’ll Do

    • Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives

    • Enable and support Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments

    • Promote Agile principles to advance large-scale Agile transformation efforts

    • Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement across teams

    • Partner with teams to enhance delivery practices and align outcomes with business objectives

    • Coach teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban

    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support Agile practices and principles

    • Implement best practices and tools to support Agile processes

    • Leverage metrics to inform decision-making and improve performance

    • Own the health and governance of the Jira platform, ensure portfolio reporting, and support Agile delivery across the enterprise

    What You'll Need

    Required:

    • At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience

    • Proven experience coaching for Agile product transformations in large, complex environments

    • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives

    • Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale

    • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials

    Preferred:

    • Additional experience in enterprise tools such as Jira for Agile transformations

    • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    Physical Demands 

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

    • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

    • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

    • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    $70-$80 per hour

    The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
