The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master supporting planned application development projects. This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and servant -leadership skills to ensure Scrum teams operate efficiently and consistently. The Agile Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, development teams, stakeholders, and IT leadership to promote transparency, foster collaboration, and remove impediments impacting team performance. Given the complexity and diversity of systems across the organization this position demands adaptability and a solid understanding of Agile principles within varied technical environments. Success in this role will require proactive coordination, continuous improvement, and disciplined application of Agile frameworks to help teams manage risk, meet delivery commitments, and align solutions with organizational objectives. Max hourly rate for this position is $130/hour.<\/b>
