Join our enterprise team as an Agile Scrum Master, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence and ensuring operational continuity across critical business workstreams. You'll coordinate multi-team projects delivering General Ledger capabilities, regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams to optimize workflow and productivity
• Implement and maintain robust Agile governance structures, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory deadlines
• Provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, and performance metrics using advanced JIRA tools
• Support PI Planning and cross-team coordination to align deliverables with enterprise objectives
• Drive continuous improvement by mentoring teams and promoting Agile best practices
• Backfill Scrum Master duties for transitioning teams to maintain momentum and avoid delivery delays

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Scrum Master using JIRA
• Strong knowledge of JIRA Horizon
• Familiarity with JIRA Align
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple Agile teams
• Proven PI Planning expertise
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting major enterprise General Ledger and capital initiatives
• Background in regulatory and automation-focused programs
