Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master and guide teams in adopting Agile practices to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting Agile principles across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, PI planning, and experience with enterprise Jira/Confluence.
• Proactive approach to facilitating meetings and tracking tickets.
• Previous development, Business Analyst, or technical delivery experience.
• Experience in a Scaled Agile model.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Broader technical skills for alternative classification consideration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Facilitate scaled planning for the team and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.
• Help the team define and enforce norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the team.
• Promote communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.
• Provide visibility into the Agile team’s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders.
• Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
• Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.
