Job Title: Scrum Master – Agile Supply Chain

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Remote work options available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead the adoption and implementation of Scrum practices within supply chain projects, ensuring teams understand and embrace Agile principles.
• Guide and Mentor Teams: Coach team members in self-organization and cross-functionality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Conduct Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to promote effective collaboration and transparency.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
• Monitor Progress: Utilize agile project management tools to track team performance, monitor key metrics, and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of feedback and adaptability, implementing strategies for process improvement and efficiency within the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role applying Agile methodologies within supply chain management.
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and supply chain processes, with the ability to integrate Scrum practices effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
