Summary: This position is responsible for working closely with the Sales Agronomists learning to make recommendations to customers regarding seed, crop nutrients, and crop protection products. This position will also provide operational support to the Agronomy Team. Requires sitting and standing for prolonged periods, working on a computer, and exposure to moving, mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise levels, chemicals, and internal and external temperature/weather conditions (from -20 to +100 degrees). Employee must be willing to work weekends, seasonal hours, holidays, and overtime if needed.
