Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect Enterprise Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI models, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.

The role involves defining enterprise AI architecture, implementing RAG and agentic AI solutions, establishing AI governance standards, and collaborating with business leaders and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture frameworks, standards, and implementation practices.

• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions using Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, and multi-model orchestration.

• Architect RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge solutions.

• Design AI platforms using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and other cloud AI services.

• Lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and enterprise AI implementation initiatives.

• Develop reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.

• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and risk controls.

• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, observability, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices.

• Advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy, technology selection, and business value.

• Mentor architects, engineers, and data science teams.

• Lead AI innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept development.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, data platforms, or enterprise architecture.

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

• 3+ years of enterprise Generative AI and LLM experience.

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI transformations and architecture programs.

• Hands-on expertise with Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI models, and multi-model orchestration.

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and AI agent frameworks.

• Strong Azure expertise, including Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, AKS, data services, security, and identity.

• Strong AWS expertise, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, data services, security, and governance.

• Experience designing RAG architectures and using vector technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, and Azure AI Search.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and agentic workflows.

• Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, model monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.

• Strong Python, SQL, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps skills.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
