Role Name AI Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Possible 3 Month CTH
**Primary Objective**
- Lead architecture design and technical strategy for Cai for HR and future integrated HR agent experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define scalable architecture patterns and reusable frameworks for agent development.
- Establish standards for Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and integration approaches.
- Design enterprise-grade agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
- Review security, privacy, Responsible AI, and governance requirements.
- Advise on environment strategy, ALM, Dev/Test/Prod deployment models, and release management.
- Partner with T&P GTO engineering teams on technical design and implementation patterns.
