Our client is seeking an experienced AI Community Manager to build and scale a vibrant community around an emerging AI product. You will develop community strategy, create ambassador and engagement programs, and serve as the voice of the community to internal product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Define and execute community strategy for the emerging AI product, establishing trust, scalability, and long-term engagement
Develop ambassador, advocate, and power-user programs that identify and nurture creators and early adopters
Design and test engagement programs to drive deeper participation, including enabling members to run their own events and meetups
Partner with growth, social, brand, and creative teams to drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach and referral mechanics
Explore and implement AI-enabled personalized community experiences to optimize growth loops and participation
Own community health metrics and analytics; combine qualitative feedback with behavioral data to understand participation drivers and inform product decisions
Serve as the internal voice of the community, building feedback loops between early adopters and product/engineering teams to identify emerging AI use cases and user behaviors
Turn community participation into product advocacy and organic growth by connecting community insights to product development
Requirements
10–15 years of community strategy, building, and management experience
Demonstrated expertise in ambassador program development, engagement program design, and creator relations
Strong proficiency in community health metrics, data analysis, and behavioral analytics
Experience designing and optimizing growth loops, referral mechanics, and feedback systems
Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to articulate community insights to product and engineering stakeholders
Knowledge of AI products and early adopter engagement strategies
Proven ability to scale communities and implement automation while maintaining authentic engagement
Experience partnering cross-functionally with multiple teams (growth, social, brand, product)
