The AI Consultant supports the enablement, discovery, and innovation activities of a multi-party AI enablement and innovation engagement. This role works directly with client leaders and participant teams to translate existing research into prioritized use cases, facilitate working sessions, and guide teams toward well-documented outcomes and next steps. Two AI Consultants are being engaged for this program.
Key Responsibilities
Review the client's existing survey results and functional focus areas to inform enablement and discovery activities
Facilitate leader working sessions to align on priorities, opportunities, and desired outcomes
Develop and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with client stakeholders
Prepare workshop materials, agendas, and supporting content for enablement and innovation sessions
Facilitate participant teams during workshops and the onsite innovation series, keeping teams on track and productive
Document outcomes, decisions, and recommended next steps for stakeholders and sponsors
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or AI/technology advisory roles
Experience facilitating executive and leader-level working sessions and workshops
Proven ability to develop, evaluate, and prioritize use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders
Strong skills in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs, including survey data, into actionable recommendations
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience preparing workshop materials and documenting outcomes for executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML enablement, generative AI use case development, or innovation program facilitation
Familiarity with modern generative AI / large language model tools and capabilities
Industry experience in enterprise software or IT operations/observability environments
Experience facilitating hackathon-style or innovation-sprint participant teams
Work Environment
This is a project-based engagement tied to the AI Enablement & Innovation Program's discovery, enablement, and onsite innovation series activities. Location, onsite/remote posture, and travel requirements are determined by the engagement plan; an onsite presence is expected for the innovation series itself.
