Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an AI Developer for a Contract with a client in Blue ash, OH (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, enhancing, testing, and supporting AI Agent products while ensuring high-quality delivery, configuration, and technical documentation.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AI Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Develop, enhance, and support AI Agent products, including Technical Design, Configuration, and AI Testing-focused agents.
Refine agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-driven solutions.
Perform testing, smoke testing, peer reviews, and troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality and stability.
Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions to support AI-enabled delivery and implementation initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and process documentation for AI products and enhancements.
Support platform configuration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts while driving AI-powered delivery and quality practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in software development, AI solutions, testing, or application support.
Experience developing, testing, and enhancing AI-driven applications or AI Agent solutions, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, technical design concepts, and collaboration within global, cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
