What You Will Do

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms to improve user matching and engagement.
• Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI to support scalable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–8 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on backend development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI for building web applications.
• Strong understanding of database management and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Preferred

• Experience in the consumer technology space, particularly within AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and concepts.
• Previous involvement in product development cycles from inception to launch.

Compensation and Benefits
