As a/an AI & Insights Lead - Portfolio Growth Programs in Portfolio Growth Programs (AI/Insights Team), you will lead the design and delivery of scalable analytics, AI/ML, and automation capabilities that power data-driven portfolio management. You will partner closely with business, risk, analytics, and technology stakeholders to translate strategy needs into repeatable insight solutions, strengthen governance and controls for AI-enabled processes, and drive measurable improvements in monitoring, reporting, and decision speed across Credit Line Increase (CLI), Balance Transfer (BT), Pricing, and Portfolio Optimization.
