SUPPLY | Independent Media Agency
Location: Boulder/Denver preferred | Remote within Mountain Time considered
Employment: Full-time
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually
There's a good chance you've already found a dozen ways AI can make your work easier. You've experimented with new tools, connected systems, built something useful, or taught yourself a technology simply because you wanted to see what it could do.
You probably have a running list of things you think could be done better.
If this sounds like you, keep reading.
SUPPLY is looking for an AI & Marketing Technology Specialist to help us discover, build, and implement smarter ways of working across our agency, while exploring new technology-driven opportunities for our clients.
You'll work directly with agency leadership and collaborate across media, strategy, analytics, and account teams. Your initial focus will be improving how our agency operates, using AI, automation, integrations, and other technologies to solve real problems.
You'll also have opportunities to prototype new capabilities, experiment with emerging media technologies, and help bring innovative client ideas to life.
This isn't a role where you'll be confined to maintaining one dashboard or supporting one platform. You'll encounter different challenges, learn new technologies, recommend solutions, and help build things that didn't exist before.
We're looking for someone who can turn curiosity into something useful.
We're building a more intentional approach to innovation at SUPPLY, connecting ideas from media, data, audience intelligence, creative technology, and AI.
Some opportunities will involve making our internal operations more efficient. Others will focus on developing capabilities that help our teams and clients make better decisions, reach audiences in new ways, or explore what's possible with emerging technology.
You won't be expected to know every technology or solve every challenge independently. You'll collaborate with experienced media, strategy, and analytics professionals who understand the business, while contributing technical curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
The goal isn't to chase every new technology. It's to identify what's genuinely useful, build something that works, and help turn the best ideas into lasting capabilities.
These are examples of opportunities we're interested in exploring, not a fixed project list:
We don't expect one person to build all of these independently. We're looking for someone excited about helping turn possibilities like these into working solutions.
SUPPLY is an independent media agency headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
We help ambitious brands navigate an increasingly complex media landscape through strategy, media planning and buying, analytics, and technology.
Our work spans traditional and digital media, including television, streaming, programmatic, social, search, and emerging channels.
We're independent by design. We value good thinking over unnecessary process, collaboration over silos, and people who take ownership of their work.
We believe there are enormous opportunities for people who can recognize where technology makes a difference and turn good ideas into practical improvements.
We're open to candidates from different educational and professional backgrounds. You might have studied computer science, data analytics, marketing, information systems, engineering, or something entirely different.
This role is particularly well suited to someone with approximately 0–4 years of relevant professional experience, although demonstrated capability matters more than a specific number of years.
What matters most:
You don't need to know every platform or programming language. You do need evidence that you can figure things out and build something useful.
These are examples, not a checklist. You don't need experience with every tool or technology listed.
Personal projects count. Side projects count. Things you've built because you were curious absolutely count.
We care more about what you can learn, build, and improve than how many software logos appear on your résumé.
Technology isn't an isolated IT function at SUPPLY. It's increasingly central to how we work, what we can build, and how we create value for clients.
You'll have exposure to agency operations, media technology, analytics, audience intelligence, and client-facing innovation.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and agency leadership, with the opportunity to help shape new capabilities rather than simply maintain existing systems.
It's a role with meaningful responsibility, room to experiment, and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.
SUPPLY is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and we operate in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
We'd especially welcome candidates in the Boulder/Denver area who can collaborate with our team in person periodically. We're also open to strong candidates elsewhere in Mountain Time.
We believe flexibility and collaboration can coexist, and we value opportunities to work together in person when they're useful.
We'd love to see something you've built.
When applying, tell us about a project, automation, AI workflow, technical experiment, or process improvement you're proud of.
It doesn't need to be fancy, and it doesn't have to come from a professional setting.
Our short application questionnaire gives you an opportunity to share more about your work.
We're interested in people who are curious enough to ask better questions and resourceful enough to find better answers.
Applications accepted through December 31, 2026.
SUPPLY is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
