Responsibilities:
As an AI / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services, ensuring they meet production-ready quality standards. You will apply Generative AI models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning is required. Advanced proficiency in Database Architecture is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Large Language Model Fine-Tuning, Foundation Model Fine Tuning, Foundation Models, and AI Agents is suggested.
Design and implement scalable AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI technologies and methodologies.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Analyze project requirements and propose innovative AI-driven solutions.
