Job Description
Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Agentic AI
Location - Jersey City (On Site)
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of development experience; 4+ years in AI/ML.
- Production LLM/agentic applications, tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Python, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval evaluation.
- AWS EKS/Kubernetes, Databricks, SageMaker, and MLflow.
- SQL, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redis, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, NLP, information retrieval, and statistics.
Preferred Skills:
- Recommendation, ranking, and propensity models.
- Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and graph databases.
- Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and financial services/payments experience.
- Agent frameworks, A2A, MCP, and agent memory design.
- LLM fine-tuning, small language models, Next.js/Svelte, Go, or Rust.
