AI/ML Engineer: AFORGE is seeking AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science professionals to support mission-critical programs across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. These positions involve developing advanced analytics, machine learning models, autonomous capabilities, and data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and national security operations.

Security Clearance: An active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required. Some positions may require eligibility for SCI access or the ability to obtain additional customer-specific clearances.

Work Authorization: Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to meet all customer security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/ML algorithms and predictive analytics solutions.
• Build data pipelines and process structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop statistical models and machine learning frameworks.
• Support AI integration into enterprise and operational environments.
• Perform data visualization and communicate analytical findings.
• Collaborate with software engineers, cyber professionals, and mission stakeholders.
• Support research, prototyping, testing, and deployment of emerging AI technologies.

Required Skillsets and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
