AI Practice Leader (AI | SaaS | B2B).
Location: US/India
Report to: Founders

What we are looking for:
  • 10 15+ years in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology and AI (3+ years)
  • Proven experience leading AI or Machine Learning teams.
  • Experience building and scaling GTM functions in high-growth environments
  • Someone with a heavy Product background preferably.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a good understanding of AI and enterprise software
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and build processes, teams, and playbooks from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling SaaS products across the US and/or Indian markets, with a deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market buying cycles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS businesses from an early stage, including defining go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Experience working with AI-powered products or enterprise AI applications.


We are at an exciting stage of our transformation to an AI-first company and as we transition into a product-first, AI first, SaaS company We are looking for an AI Practice Leader who will take the ownership of our build-stage AI SaaS platform that's helping businesses automate workflows, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit an existing sales organization or manage a mature GTM function. Instead, you'll help define it.
You will own everything AI from defining strategy and building capabilities to leading delivery, mentoring teams, engaging with clients, and driving innovation.
You will lead architecture, delivery, and implementation of AI initiatives.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch someone equally comfortable discussing AI with enterprise customers, shaping GTM strategy with the founders, closing early lighthouse customers, and creating the playbooks, processes, and teams that will scale the business.
