    AI Product & Technology Delivery Lead
    Location: Onsite (az) Phoenix location
    Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

    Overview
    We are building an AI-first lending platform that combines next-generation collateral management, lending operations, and emerging digital asset capabilities into a unified ecosystem. As we accelerate delivery, we are seeking a senior onsite technology leader to drive product strategy, solution architecture, AI innovation, and execution across global teams.
    This individual will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, enterprise architecture, security, and offshore engineering resources. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong lending domain knowledge, AI-driven solution thinking, and proven experience leading complex product delivery initiatives.
    The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping platform capabilities, accelerating time-to-market through AI-enabled development approaches, and ensuring successful execution from strategy through production deployment.
    Key Responsibilities
    Product & Business Leadership
    • Define and evolve product strategy for an AI-first lending and collateral management platform.
    • Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
    • Drive product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and delivery planning.
    • Align technical investments with business goals, risk management requirements, and regulatory considerations.
    • Collaborate with Director and Senior Director-level business and technology leaders to drive strategic outcomes.
    Technical Leadership & Architecture
    • Lead solution architecture and technology decision-making across the platform.
    • Rapidly evaluate business problems and propose innovative AI-enabled architectural solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance requirements, security controls, and development best practices.
    • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams across application architecture, integration patterns, cloud design, scalability, observability, and resiliency.
    • Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical risk evaluations.
    AI Strategy & Innovation
    • Champion AI-first design principles across products and engineering processes.
    • Drive adoption of:
      • Generative AI
      • Machine Learning
      • Agentic AI
      • AI-Powered Product Experiences
      • AI Governance and Risk Frameworks
      • AI-Assisted Development and Vibe Coding Practices
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for operational efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and customer value creation.
    • Establish responsible AI practices and governance standards.
    Delivery Leadership
    • Own program execution and delivery accountability.
    • Lead Agile ceremonies, planning activities, dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
    • Partner closely with offshore engineering teams to drive alignment, velocity, and quality.
    • Monitor KPIs, KRIs, delivery metrics, and program health indicators.
    • Proactively identify and address risks, blockers, and delivery challenges.
    • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
    Stakeholder Management
    • Interface regularly with:
      • Director and Senior Director business leaders
      • IT leadership
      • Enterprise Architecture teams
      • Infrastructure teams
      • Security teams
      • Product leadership
      • Engineering leadership
    • Present technology strategy, program status, KPIs, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership audiences.
    Required Qualifications (Must Have)
    Leadership & Delivery
    • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
    • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
    • Proven technical leadership experience driving large-scale software implementation programs.
    • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
    Product & Business
    • Deep understanding of lending platforms, loan lifecycle management, collateral management, or financial services technology.
    • Experience defining product strategy and translating business vision into technical execution plans.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance innovation, risk, cost, and time-to-market considerations.
    Technical Expertise
    • Strong architecture and solution design capabilities.
    • Ability to quickly evaluate business challenges and propose scalable technical solutions.
    • Hands-on understanding of modern full-stack application development.
    • Experience providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.
    • Strong understanding of:
      • Cloud-native architectures
      • APIs and microservices
      • Security and governance practices
      • DevOps and CI/CD methodologies
      • Enterprise integration patterns
    AI & Innovation
    • Practical experience leveraging Generative AI solutions.
    • Familiarity with Machine Learning use cases and model integration strategies.
    • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and implementation patterns.
    • Experience using AI-assisted engineering and development tooling.
    • Knowledge of AI governance, risk controls, and responsible AI practices.
