KC Elite Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Remote AI Research Specialist (Generalist) to support an innovative artificial intelligence research project.
Our client is seeking detail-oriented professionals with strong research, analytical, and written communication skills to help evaluate, train, and improve advanced AI systems.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals, recent graduates, and postgraduate students who enjoy researching complex topics, solving problems, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research across various academic and professional topics.
- Develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to support AI model training.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize information from multiple sources.
- Provide clear, well-organized written explanations and research findings.
- Complete assigned tasks independently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience from a prestigious institution, OR currently pursuing or recently completing a master's degree.
- Strong online research, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to summarize complex information clearly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor running macOS 15 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in STEM, business, research, humanities, or other professional fields.
- Interdisciplinary academic or professional experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools, research methodologies, or data evaluation.
Compensation & Schedule
- Advertised compensation: $40–$80 per hour, depending on qualifications and project requirements.
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week.
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise for services rendered.
- Project duration may vary based on business needs and performance.
