Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : $70/hr
We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Administrator to support the deployment, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise AI platforms within a large-scale organization. This individual will serve as the technical owner of AI tools and be responsible for user provisioning, platform configuration, security administration, integrations, and operational support.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS administration, identity management, cloud technologies, and emerging AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Gemini, or similar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms and related management consoles.
- Configure user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Manage integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and other business applications.
- Support SSO, identity management, and role-based access controls.
- Monitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalations.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support enterprise AI rollout activities and end-user adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or Cloud Administration experience.
- Experience administering enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Slack, or Zoom.
- Experience with SSO, user provisioning, and access management.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI governance or AI adoption programs.
- Microsoft, Google, Okta, or Security certifications.
- Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
- Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, APIs).
