Role: AI Trainer

Duration: 6 months (possible contract to hire, but there will be travel if the candidate converts to full-time. There are 4 offices around the country they would have to travel to)

Job Description

Must have experience training users on AI platforms, ideally in Harvey. The candidate must have experience in Harvey or has worked for a law firm as AI consultant.

• The AI Training & Enablement Consultant will serve as the firm's dedicated AI Subject Matter Expert and lead all AI-related training initiatives. This individual will partner with the existing training team while driving AI education, adoption, and best practices throughout the organization.
• The consultant will develop training content, facilitate training sessions, create learning materials, contribute to the firm's Learning Management System, and guide end users on effective AI utilization. The role requires someone capable of stepping in immediately and providing strategic and practical guidance around AI tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the firm's AI Subject Matter Expert
• Lead AI training initiatives across the organization
• Develop and maintain AI training materials
• Create and deliver instructor-led training sessions
• Support rollout of Harvey and other AI platforms
• Train users on AI best practices and responsible usage
• Educate employees on token management, prompt optimization, and platform-specific capabilities
• Provide guidance on Claude, Harvey, OpenAI, Grok, and related technologies
• Contribute content to the Learning Management System (Absorb)
• Support executive and partner-level end users
• Establish AI adoption strategies and recommendations
• Act as the primary AI resource for the training organization
