AI UI/UX Developer

Summary:

Located onsite in Santa Clara, CA, this 6 12 month contract position involves designing AI agent interfaces and human-in-the-loop workflows for Syra Assistant and other agentic products. The role requires creating end-to-end user experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI, for AI-powered enterprise tools. The candidate will conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback to improve AI interaction patterns, while building and maintaining UI component libraries to ensure design and development consistency across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams on Syra UI/UX enhancements.
• Support user testing and validation of agentic interactions.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across Synopsys AI products.
• Document design decisions and maintain design specifications.

Requirements:

Applicants should have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and conversational UI patterns, along with experience in responsive and accessible design principles.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma and Sketch for UI/UX design.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Additional skills in AI/ML and experience with enterprise tools are a plus.
