Job Summary (List Format):
- Work as an AI Vibe Coding Engineer/GenAI Prototyping Developer within an innovation-focused engineering team.
- Rapidly prototype and develop AI-powered applications, internal tools, and proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf).
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to transform ideas into functional solutions.
- Utilize and experiment with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP servers, APIs, and modern full-stack frameworks.
- Apply sound software engineering practices while exploring and learning new AI-native development approaches and tools.
- Use programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, React, Next.js, and REST APIs.
- Leverage Git-based development tools (Git, GitHub) and maintain strong version control practices.
- Build and experiment with AI/LLM-based applications, chatbots, and workflows via academic, internship, personal, or open-source projects.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and rapid learning abilities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Show curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI tools, frameworks, and developer productivity technologies.
- (Preferred) Exposure to advanced AI/agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), vector databases, semantic search, and cloud/containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- (Preferred) Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs, and contributing to personal or open-source GenAI/LLM projects.
