Airport Greeter

Working alongside the Transportation team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Airport Greeter who will be responsible for providing personalized, professional and anticipatory service to hotel guests traveling to and from designated airports.

Key Accountabilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests at the airport, providing personalized assistance throughout the travel experience.
• Assist with baggage handling, transportation coordination, and seamless transitions between airport, vehicle, and hotel.
• Communicate guest arrival/departure status, special requests, and service updates to hotel teams and transportation partners.
• Coordinate with airport, airline, transportation, and hotel personnel to ensure an efficient and exceptional guest journey.

General Requirements

• 2 years + previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, airport guest services, transportation, or a related customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, additional languages preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as push, pull, and maneuver luggaged as needed.
