We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Airport Shuttle Driver to join our transportation team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and navigate a shuttle van or bus, transporting passengers to and from the airport
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
- Provide information to passengers about local attractions, events, and services
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to anticipate and avoid potential delays or issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation services
- Maintain accurate records of transportation services, including schedules, routes, and passenger information
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a driver or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
