Responsibilities:- Install, program, and service alarm and security systems at residential and commercial locations
- Troubleshoot and repair alarm panels, sensors, detectors, and related equipment
- Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure proper functionality and code compliance
- Respond to service calls and perform preventative maintenance on existing systems
- Educate clients on system operation, features, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service work, and equipment used
Requirements:- Prior experience in alarm system installation and/or service (residential or commercial)
- Knowledge of intrusion detection, fire alarm, and access control systems
- Familiarity with low-voltage wiring, electrical systems, and industry standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
