Alarm System Dispatcher

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Tulsa! The Dispatcher is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and information, monitoring alarm systems, coordinating responses, and maintaining accurate call records. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, communicates effectively, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance and information.

• Monitor routes, alarm activity, and incoming system notifications.

• Dispatch appropriate personnel when assistance is needed.

• Update call logs and accurately record all call information, incidents, and responses.

• Contact customers to verify alarm activations and determine the appropriate response.

• Communicate with customers, security personnel, and emergency responders.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is properly documented.

• Handle multiple calls and situations while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
