Responsible for establishing and managing effective local sales channels in the United States to recruit high-quality U.S. suppliers and achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify and develop local channel partners, including business associations, e-commerce service providers, agencies, consultants, and other organizations serving U.S. small and medium-sized businesses.
Develop and execute channel strategies based on the U.S. market, key industries, and target supplier profiles.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners and provide training, sales enablement, and ongoing operational support to help partners recruit and convert qualified suppliers.
Work closely with internal sales, operations, marketing, product, and other teams to resolve channel and supplier issues and improve the overall partner and customer experience.
Track and analyze channel performance, including supplier leads, onboarding, conversion, and revenue, and take actions to improve channel productivity and business results.
Develop a strong understanding of the U.S. supplier market and provide market insights to support business and channel strategy.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $148,800/year and $278,400/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.1. Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of experience in channel management, business development, partnerships, B2B sales, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. market and the small and medium-sized business ecosystem.
Proven experience developing and managing channel partners and delivering measurable sales or revenue results.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and execution skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-changing environment and coordinate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
Experience in e-commerce, B2B platforms, SaaS, logistics, payments, merchant services, or international trade is preferred.
Existing relationships with U.S. business associations, agencies, service providers, or other SMB-focused organizations are preferred.
