You will be our clients first point of contact for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Take premium payments from customers.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.

Handle customer renewals.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Licensing assistance available.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
