We are hiring a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Professional to help grow one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in Marion County. This is not a remote position and this is not a customer-service-only desk job. This role requires daily outbound calls, quoting, follow-up, closing, and asking for the sale.


If you already have insurance sales experience with State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, an independent agency, an insurance call center, or another carrier, this could be a strong opportunity to join a high-performing local agency with a competitive compensation plan, a MondayFriday schedule, and a team culture built around winning.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, active prospects, referral opportunities, and prior quote opportunities
  • Quote auto, home, and personal lines insurance
  • Explain coverage options and sell value beyond just the cheapest price
  • Follow up consistently with unsold quotes and active prospects
  • Ask for the sale, overcome objections, and close new business
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals
  • Ask for referrals and explain our referral program
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity
