The Fund Engagement Associate partners with fund managers, fund administrators, and internal teams to ensure reporting of alternative investment products on the Wealth Management platform adheres to best practices. The associate will seek to improve the operating environment through structured problem-solving, controls, and effective escalation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own day-to-day engagement with Fund Managers and Fund Administrators to drive an efficient, well-governed operational experience across ongoing fund reporting, issue resolution, and fund servicing

    • Develop deep product and platform expertise across the Alternative Investments suite, including the systems and processes that support capital activity, valuations, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor reporting

    • Perform detailed analysis of position- and fund-level cash flows, investor-level performance reporting, and related data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for remediation

    • Support quarterly review and maintenance of UHNW client accounts, ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and timely resolution of operational breaks

    • Use the Alternative Investments Reconciliation System, AIRS, and other platform tools to research, analyze, and remediate illiquid valuation breaks and related reporting discrepancies

    • Meet regularly with external funds and fund administrators to address systematic reporting or process errors and drive accountability for timely correction

    • Diagnose and solve complex business and operational issues by gathering relevant information, performing analysis, and translating findings into practical recommendations and action plans

    • Collaborate closely with teams across AICS and other internal partners to identify inefficiencies, strengthen controls, and support initiatives that improve platform operations and readiness

    • Establish controls and drive accountability for assigned initiatives, including milestones, risk tracking, and progress reporting, to help limit risk exposure

    • Escalate issues and events to appropriate partners, including senior business managers, senior risk managers, legal, and third parties as needed, to ensure timely awareness and resolution

    Required Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

    • Highly motivated and well-organized; able to execute with minimal supervision, prioritize effectively, and deliver within established timeframes

    • Strong partnering skills, including the ability to work with SMEs, teammates, external funds, and fund administrators to shape deliverables and identify the right path to completion

    • Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying risks early and developing actionable mitigation plans

    • Strong analytical skills and experience using objective data to identify breaks, evaluate reporting accuracy, and drive recommendations

    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to explain complex topics concisely to audiences of varying seniority

    • Strong client and stakeholder management skills and comfort working with colleagues at all levels

    • Securities Industry Essentials, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, or equivalent, preferred but not required
