Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment that promotes trust and respect.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, including identifying, hiring, and promoting talent.
- Support and promote core values of care, courage, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry.
