Job Description: AM Line Cook

Location: Lake Ozark, MO, 65049

We are seeking an experienced AM Line Cook to join our team at The Lodge of Four Seasons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a line cook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
