Position Overview

The Senior Amazon Advertising Manager will spearhead innovative strategies and drive performance for our clients across Amazon's full advertising suite — including Search, DSP, and AMC. You'll take ownership of relationships with some of our most significant accounts, collaborating with fellow Advertising Managers and senior leadership to craft and execute strategic client presentations.

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Amazon advertising and a track record of communicating key performance indicators clearly, while generating meaningful insight from data.

The ideal candidate is proactive in exploring new strategies and experimenting with ad formats and features to optimize client ROI. This role is central to driving our clients' business growth and will serve as a go-to source of Amazon advertising knowledge within the company.

Working with clients poised for substantial growth, you'll lead strategic communications, conduct quarterly business reviews, oversee client assessments, and ensure advertising budgets align with client goals. You'll design media plans, present directly to clients, and partner with our Business Development team to ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the efficient execution, monitoring, and refinement of Amazon advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP) to maximize performance
• Play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for ecommerce clients on Amazon
• Strategize and manage end-to-end Amazon marketing campaigns, aligning goals and KPIs from brand awareness through conversion
• Regularly review and adjust ad campaigns and budgets to ensure optimal delivery and efficiency
• Champion innovation through testing and experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing, to enhance campaign performance
• Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on quantitative insight to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure precise execution of advertising strategies
• Deliver comprehensive reports to clients with transparent communication on results and growth opportunities
• Serve as a go-to authority on Amazon strategy, performance metrics, and industry standards
• Use market research and strategic thinking to inform category development and evolution strategies
• Develop and present YBR, QBR, and WBR presentations to key client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, and Sponsored Ads
• Proven track record crafting, optimizing, and evaluating the performance of Amazon DSP and Sponsored Advertising campaigns
• Deep familiarity with Amazon's reporting tools and strong analytical capability to translate marketing data into actionable strategy
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to compile, analyze, and clearly present performance metrics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong client engagement and management ability
• Amazon Advertising experience required; familiarity with DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud is a strong plus
• Sharp analytical and quantitative skills — comfort with numbers is essential
