What They Are Looking For:
High-caliber Product Managers to support a large-scale call center transformation initiative centered around Amazon Connect, with potential exposure to Amazon Agent Workspace.

These are not traditional Product Manager positions. They are looking for highly driven, high-performing professionals who can operate effectively in a complex enterprise environment, influence stakeholders at all levels, and provide strategic value beyond day-to-day product management responsibilities. This initiative is part of a larger multi-year telephony modernization program, creating potential opportunities for strong performers to support additional workstreams over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product roadmaps for contact center and telephony initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align product strategy with organizational objectives.
• Lead discovery efforts and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and customer needs.
• Measure product success through KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to drive successful product execution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience supporting contact center, telephony, or customer service technologies.
• Amazon Connect experience required.
• Strong experience with roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and influence decision-making within large enterprise environments.
