Overview:
This is a pharmacy technician position in a fast paced, high volume Ambulatory/Retail Pharmacy. Our pharmacy provides 340B medications for eligible ambulatory patients at UF Health Jacksonville, medications to discharged patients via the Meds to Beds program, and specialty medications for qualified patients. The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for maintaining medication systems through preparation, compounding, packaging and delivery of medications.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
High school graduate with at least one (1) year pharmacy technician experience
Required Licensure/Certification:
Registered Pharmacy Intern in Florida or Registered Pharmacy Technician in Florida
Required Experience:

Preferred Experience:
One or more years of pharmacy technician experience
