    We are looking for a AMS Regional Campaign Manager to accelerate HP’s Additive Manufacturing Solutions team toward its ambitious goals.     Job SummaryThe AMS Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead localized marketing plans and programs based on the global strategy to achieve regional AM Solutions revenue, operating profit, market share, marketing-qualified leads, and ROI.

    • Translate global marketing strategies into actionable regional plans, including developing and managing marketing budgets.

    • Conduct market research to understand local customer behavior, preferences, and trends, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.

    • Develop and maintain a three-month rolling country-level marketing plan and campaign budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

    • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

    • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, ABM, and events.

    • Define goals and KPIs to measure the success and business impact of marketing plans; monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.

    • Lead the design of customer buying journeys and touchpoint plans, leveraging paid and owned media channels to maximize awareness and achieve marketing goals.

    • Drive digital marketing transformation, applying advanced knowledge of new digital capabilities and touchpoints to strengthen market position.

    • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards, across all marketing activities.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may be considered in lieu of formal education.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.

    • Proven expertise in lead and demand generation, including planning, ABM, CRM, nurturing, ROI analysis, marketing effectiveness, and event management.

    Skills:

    • Content creation proficiency: Ability to craft compelling email copy, event blurbs, social media posts, landing page content, and promotional assets.

    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: Comfortable interfacing with all levels of management, cross-functional teams, external customers, channel partners, and vendors.

    • Analytical mindset: Skilled in interpreting data to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    The pay range for this role is$105,050to$161,800USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
