    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day relationships with top clients
    • Ensure optimal engagement and adhere to the analysis timeline
    • Guarantee client satisfaction and manage client relationships
    • Frequent communication with top clients and decision-makers
    • Understand and manage the decision-making process, involving key influencers
    • Conduct Interim Review, Decision Briefing, and Final meetings
    • Lead commercial negotiations to secure a go-ahead
    • Lead the Analysis team to build a credible business case
    • Collaborate with Practice leadership on study plan
    • Set expectations for the Analysis team
    • Oversee development of the business case and engagement plan
    • Resolve internal and external barriers/issues
    • Ensure high-quality presentations and effective data visualization
    • Support sales/business development through pre-analysis assessment
    • Develop the Analysis budget and define team requirements
    • Train and coach Analysis Associates
    • Complete Analysis within budget and manage AR and expenses
    • Provide thought leadership for analysis skills and tools

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales, project management, or analytical experience
    • Experience in Maine Pointe's targeted industries and TVO focus areas
    • Building top-level relationships with C-level customers
    • Previous experience in related industries preferred
    • Previous experience in selling and managing analysis in the consulting industry preferred
    • Deep knowledge and continuous learning in the consulting industry
    • Thriving in a fast-paced environment
    • Initiative, drive, and desire for success
    • Effective teamwork and creative problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 85%
