A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Analyst II (Senior Analyst – Pricing/Underwriting Analytics) (Remote)! The Analyst II will be working for a respected healthcare organization and has career growth potential. See additional details below.
Analyst II Highlights
The pay for this position is: $38.30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
Remote position: 100% remote (must be able to work successfully from a private, quiet workspace with reliable high-quality internet; no hotspots/shared internet)
Employment type: Temporary
Anticipated start date: November 9, 2026
Planned duration: ~26 weeks (through May 8, 2027)
Interview required: Yes (1–2 rounds via Teams, on-camera)
Safety-Sensitive: Yes
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain expertise in the healthcare marketplace, PBM industry, and internal data sources/strategies.
Perform data analytics to support client-specific setups and plan designs.
Partner with Underwriting to define, scope, and deliver analytical solutions aligned to RFP requirements.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Adapt analyses as requirements, assumptions, and projection methodologies change.
Support cross-functional partners with ad hoc reporting, specialty projects, and process improvements.
Requirements
1–4 years of analytics experience analyzing/interpreting/summarizing large datasets.
Strong skills in Excel and SQL (this role may include some coding, but not complex development).
Experience with R (tidyverse; experience with sqldf is a plus).
Experience with BigQuery SQL preferred/strongly desired (per role duties).
Familiarity with healthcare claims data strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
