Analyst, Finance Operations
Position Summary
The Analyst, Finance Operations plays a critical role in overseeing and streamlining financial operations within the agency. This position ensures timely and accurate partner payments, acts as a key point of contact across various financial functions, and collaborates with multiple teams, including GCC, Shared Services, Client Strategy, Investment, and Operations.
As our operations expand, this role will integrate additional billing functions ensuring seamless execution across all areas. The Finance Analyst will also serve as a trainer and backup resource, ensuring continuity in financial processes.
Responsibilities
Billing & Financial Processes
Communicate with AORs and Client Strategy to resolve delays in invoice clearance and pending client funds.
Collaborate with Investment and Investment Ops to ensure partners receive the most updated financial information.
Push for timely and accurate completion of bank trackers to reduce buys/invoice discrepancies.
Onboard Barter and Principal Deals billing functions.
Oversee Programmatic Aging, including weekly meetings to review aged invoices/unconfirmed activity and report preparation.
Execute Programmatic: Permission to Pay Matchpay and Programmatic: DSP Matchpay.
Maintain and update the Programmatic P2/Reconciliation Payment Tracker.
Data Management & Process Improvement
Utilize Excel templates and internal databases to create Orion-specific financial documents.
Update Vendor Open Invoices Statements and coordinate with various groups, including Client Strategy, Shared Services, Investment, and Operations, to provide vendors with the most updated and detailed information.
Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with Orion staff across disciplines.
Assist with ad hoc operational requests to support finance and media investment operations.
Support the integration of Barter and Principal deal billing functions into existing financial workflows.

$40,000.00-$75,000.00
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
