Job Description
Visa understands that operating a successful company includes driving business growth, strong shareholder returns and financial inclusion benefiting global economies. We strive to make a positive and transformative impact on the world, based on the belief that we can do well and do good. The Social Impact and Sustainability (SIS) team executes on this belief every day, connecting our shared humanity, shared planet and shared communities within and outside of Visa. We strive to place Visa at the forefront of powering the future of commerce for everyone through inclusive financial products, sustainable solutions and corporate citizenship.
Our team focuses on leveraging Visa’s assets, business model and global scale to drive business growth and equitable sustainable economic growth, with a focus on under resourced communities. We focus on building purpose-driven partnerships that have societal and business benefit, aimed at three key outcomes:
Financial education and small business enablement are the cornerstone of our financial inclusion strategic pillar. The Global Social Impact Programs team delivers a Financial Education product portfolio and small business programs designed to drive societal impact and support the social impact objectives of Visa clients.
The Analyst, Social Impact Program Operations will drive content development and operational excellence across Financial Education and small business enablement. The Analyst will play a critical role in orchestrating and ensuring the production of best-in-class educational content as well as support strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and backend team operations.
The Analyst will work closely with the Head of Social Impact Programs, regional Social Impact teams and operational stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and effective communicator with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensure our team is producing high-quality educational content. Additionally, they need a keen operational mindset and the ability to coordinate end-to-end processes that create clarity, efficiency, scale, and collaboration across multiple internal and external global stakeholders. The Analyst will manage and support multiple team workstreams, strengthen how partners engage with the Global Social Impact Programs team, and help move strategic initiatives from planning through execution. The candidate must be comfortable identifying creative solutions, acting quickly amid ambiguity, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a strategic and creative problem solver who can influence without direct authority, embody ownership from concept through delivery, and move seamlessly between strategic and tactical work. The ideal candidate will bring a distinctive mix of content-development judgment and experience, operational discipline, project-management capability, and intellectual curiosity—and will be energized by building practical systems that help the team deliver its best work.
This role reports to the Head of Social Impact Programs.
