Title: Analyst I
Location: Irwindale, CA
Duration: 2 weeks approximately
Shift: M-F 8am to 5pm

Description

Job duties may include supporting the architecture of new organizations or re-architecting aspects of existing ones. Take a leadership role in the strategy and development of holistic, multidimensional business architecture to achieve an organization's goals and solutions.

Education/Experience

Bachelor Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Possesses five to seven years of experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

Scope of Work:

• Review business customer records.
• Conduct online research to determine the appropriate business classification.
• Enter and document the appropriate NAICS code and results.
• This is similar to the prior Customer Service effort, where contingent workers manually researched customer records using available information and assigned NAICS codes based on their findings.

• Strong online research skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with Excel and large sets of customer records
• Ability to research incomplete or unclear information and make a determination based on available information
• Ability to follow a defined review and documentation process

Experience with SAP, NAICS codes, utility/customer data, or similar data-quality work would be helpful but is not required. The prior effort focused on research, data analysis, working with large amounts of data, Excel/data tools, and familiarity with customer data repositories such as SAP.
