Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, Product Surveillance II for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate with experience driving quality compliance, complaint handling, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, processes, and documentation in regulated environments.
Rate Range: $42/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst, Product Surveillance II Job Responsibilities include:
Manage quality assurance activities, complaint handling processes, and quality system initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Review, analyze, and investigate quality-related issues, providing compliant and effective solutions to improve product and process quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality projects, regulatory compliance efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, medical writing deliverables, and compliance records in accordance with applicable standards.
Analyze quality data and performance metrics using tools such as Excel and Power BI to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support audits, complaint investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory activities while ensuring adherence to quality system and healthcare industry requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Regulatory Compliance, or a related quality function within a regulated industry.
Strong experience in complaint handling, medical writing, quality investigations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within healthcare or medical device environments.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support quality-focused decision-making.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour
