Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, Product Surveillance II for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate with experience driving quality compliance, complaint handling, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, processes, and documentation in regulated environments.

Rate Range: $42/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst, Product Surveillance II Job Responsibilities include:

  • Manage quality assurance activities, complaint handling processes, and quality system initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

  • Review, analyze, and investigate quality-related issues, providing compliant and effective solutions to improve product and process quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality projects, regulatory compliance efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, medical writing deliverables, and compliance records in accordance with applicable standards.

  • Analyze quality data and performance metrics using tools such as Excel and Power BI to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support audits, complaint investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory activities while ensuring adherence to quality system and healthcare industry requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Regulatory Compliance, or a related quality function within a regulated industry.

  • Strong experience in complaint handling, medical writing, quality investigations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within healthcare or medical device environments.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support quality-focused decision-making.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour
