Newmark's West Coast Investment Sales team - led by Kevin Shannon - seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented analyst to assist with underwriting for one of the most active investment sales platforms in the country. The team has closed over $75 billion in institutional sales and structured financings - advising the most sophisticated real estate institutions in the world on their holdings in Seattle, Los Angeles, Orange County, and additional West Coast markets.This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced team and work directly on landmark transactions with a best-in-class group of professionals.
