Job Summary/Purpose
The analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the sales and billing performance of the products and services. This role focuses on collecting and interpreting sales and billing data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, creates presentations and ensuring the products and services comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
The analyst provides analytical support, assisting with sales and billing reporting, modeling and business case development, presentations, and controls, as well as highlighting key issues and identifying items that may impact profitability.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.

Technical Skills:
Functional Knowledge: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
Business Expertise:Experience with utility, specifically products or programs. Experience with or strong eagerness to learn/adopt Agile ways of working
Leadership:Team-oriented and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving results, especially via influence management
Problem Solving:Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments. Intellectual curiosity and creativity
Ability to simplify complex data and strategies, aligning departmental strategies with overarching organizational goals.
