Responsibilities:- Operate and perform routine maintenance on analytical laboratory equipment.
- Maintain and update analytical methods and procedures.
- Work efficiently and effectively with Henkel project teams on major projects.
- Prepare quality customer reports and support project portfolio management.
- Communicate with customers through written correspondence, presentations, and other interactions.
- Follow corporate standards and requirements related to safety, housekeeping, and quality.
- Maintain and update digital programs, including Microsoft Office, LIMS, and statistical analysis software.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred, along with prior laboratory experience.
- Previous experience in an analytical laboratory highly desirable.
- Proficiency in wet chemistry techniques, including titration, filtration, dilution, extraction, and gravimetric determinations.
- Knowledge of and experience with GC-FID, ICP, IC, and SEM/EDS desirable.
- Experience using pH meters and specific ion electrode meters.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong chemical math skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
