Anaplan Model Builder

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join our team and support enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Anaplan model building and a solid understanding of business functions such as Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role is crucial for delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality planning solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting needs.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Anaplan implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver effective planning solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize model performance.
• Support ongoing model enhancements, troubleshooting, and training efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Anaplan with other systems (e.g., SAP BPC, SAC, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Apply project management or Agile methodologies to manage deliverables and timelines effectively.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Anaplan modeling or participation in end-to-end Anaplan implementations.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder with L3 training completed.
• Solid understanding of forecasting processes across key business functions (Finance, Sales, Operations).
• Deep expertise in Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (PB&F).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to other EPM technologies such as SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP or data warehouse solutions.
