Salary Range: $26.96 - $40.26 per hour

The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

What You'll Do

As an Anesthesia Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting anesthesia services and helping patients receive safe, high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare anesthesia workstations, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
• Set up operating and procedure rooms based on patient and provider needs.
• Assist with room turnover between cases to keep schedules moving efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and replenish anesthesia supplies and equipment.
• Clean and maintain anesthesia machines, monitors, and related equipment according to infection prevention standards.
• Support anesthesiologists and CRNAs during procedures as directed.
• Assist with patient care activities and monitoring under the direction of licensed clinical staff.
• Help coordinate laboratory testing and results when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure critical anesthesia supplies remain available.
• Collaborate with operating room and procedural teams to support exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Demonstrated ability to apply age-specific care principles across the lifespan.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

Preferred

• Associate degree in Anesthesia Technology.
• One year of operating room experience as a CNA, Surgical Services Assistant, Surgical Instrument Technician, or similar role.
• Previous Anesthesia Technician experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.) credential.
